Barbell Biltong has usually got nothing to do with burgers. That’s set to change this week, because we’re getting prepped for the upcoming Burgers, BBQ and Beers Market in the CBR City.
We decided to celebrate the event by designing our own burger. Our goal was to come up with the healthiest burger possible.
We called it the Kettleburger and you can find the recipe below.
Ingredients.
• 1 Burger. The greasier the better. Ask your chef to prepare the burger with the oldest and hottest vegetable oils they can.
• 1 Extremely heavy kettlebell.
• Gravity.
